Data Protection / Privacy Policy

The protection of your data is important to us. Rapa Nui Aloha Sports S.L. processes data in accordance with legal, data protection regulations and regulations. 3. Scope and purpose of data collection, data storage, data processing and deletion:

We proceed according to the minimization requirement. This means that we only collect, store and process personal data that are absolutely necessary for the operation of the online offer (website), the contacting and processing of possible inquiries or bookings.

The use of the website is basically possible without the input of personal data or the creation of a user account. Excluded from this is your IP address (see 3.1), which is transmitted for technical reasons and possible personal data that is collected in the process of usage tracking (see 3.6).

3.1 Transmission of IP addresses:
The transmission of your IP address to our server is unavoidable for technical reasons. Without this "communication" between the server and your IP address, the website can not be displayed (Art.6 No.1 GDPR). IP-addresses are stored in the log files of the server and deleted cyclically, automatically. It is not possible for us to identify your person via your IP-address.

3.2 Use of the forms:
We provide forms on our website for contacting or inquiring about services offered. These forms are explicitly designed so that only the information necessary to process the request must be filled in and transmitted. The transmitted data is stored and processed accordingly. In addition, personal data can be transmitted to us via the use of additional, optional form fields. These are transmitted, stored and processed together with the required data.

The transmission of the entered data is only possible if you agree with the processing and storage of your data before you forward your request (consent before transmission).

3.3 Contact by e-mail, telephone or letter:
We provide on the website an e-mail address, telephone numbers and a postal address to contact. The transmission of personal data by e-mail, telephone or post letter from your side is optional and voluntary. The transmitted data will be stored and processed to process your contact and your request. By voluntary transmission, your consent is deemed granted.

3.4 Transfer of personal data to third parties:
A transfer of your data to third parties is generally not.

This does not apply to data which is absolutely necessary in order to create and carry out the services requested by you or to successfully respond to your contact or booking request. Our technical service providers also have access to personal data for the operation and maintenance of our online presence.

The transfer of personal data takes place under contractual order data processing and observes the data protection regulations (see Section 6 - Order data processing). A transfer of your data for one's own or third party advertising purposes or other purposes, which are not subject to our offer and service provision, is in no case.

3.6 Usage Tracking / Statistical Evaluation:
When you access one or more pages of the website, we collect data for the statistical evaluation of the use and improvement of our offer. These data are anonymous and do not allow us to identify you. The following data is recorded:

  • Country of access
  • referring URL
  • Invoked page URLs
  • Duration of the session
  • Type of browser
  • Type of operating system

 

3.9 Deletion of known data:
We delete data cyclically if they are no longer needed in the sense of the necessary processing. Excluded from this is data that must be retained in order to fulfill legal requirements relating to the business activity. The cyclic deletion takes place without information.

4. Your rights related to your personal data:

You have different rights related to your personal data which were collected, stored and processed by us.

4.1 Right to access:
You always have the right to know and access the data we have stored about you. Simply send us an inquiry by e-mail and we will send you the data available to us.

4.2 Right to rectification:
You have the right to correct incorrect or incomplete data. Simply send us a rectification or amendment by e-mail and we will correct or supplement the data we have.

4.3 Right to erasure and deletion:
You have the right to delete the data known to us at any time. Excluded from this is data that must be retained in order to fulfill legal requirements relating to the business activity. Simply send us a an deletion order by e-mail.

4.4 Right to objection / Right to restriction of processing:
You have the right to object to processing at any time. You also have the right to demand the restriction of processing. Please contact our contact person.

4.5 Right to data portability:
You have the right to have your data to transferred another person in a machine-readable format. Please contact our contact person.

4.6 Right to complain to a supervisory authority:
You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates the legal data protection regulations. 

5. Third party services:

5.1 Social media shortcuts:
Our website does not contain any social media plugins (widgets from Facebook, like buttons, share or recommendation buttons, Twitter widgets, etc.) that automatically collect personal data when you visit our website or actively use these links.

Our social media appearances can only be reached through simple links (links, hyperlinks). If you visit our social media sites through these links, personal information may be transferred to the provider. In this case, the privacy policy of the respective social media provider apply. 

5.2 Google Analytics - usage tracking and analysis:
We use "Google Analytics" on our website. Google Analytics is a tracking and analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"), which evaluates the use of our website on our behalf.

We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website and to improve our online presence, the technical features and the design for you, as well as detect and fend off fraud and security attacks. Here lies our legitimate interest in the processing of usage data by Google.

To analyze the use of our website, Google stores cookies (text files) on your device. These cookies transfer information to Google, which Google uses to provide us with the analyzes and reports we require. An identification of your person is not possible through these cookies or this information.

We only use the setting "anonymize-ip", which makes the anonymization of your IP-address. This means that your IP-address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to Google servers in the United States. Only in exceptional cases your IP-address will be fully transmitted to and shortened at the Google servers in the United States.

Your IP address will not be merged with other Google data. As a result, an identification of your person can be excluded.

You can prohibit the storage of the Analytics tracking cookies at any time in the settings of your browser and delete stored cookies. The respective settings vary depending on the browser type used. Also modern browsers offer the possibility to activate the option "Do-Not- Track" and thus to prevent tracking.

By entering into a contract processing agreement, we are committing Google to comply with applicable data protection laws. The contract data processing contract was concluded with: Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google has also committed to the Privacy Shield Agreement and certified there. This requires Google to comply with the standards and regulations of European data protection law. 5.3 Google Adwords - Conversion Tracking:
Google AdWords is the advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google").

We use Google AdWords or Conversion Tracking to measure the performance of our ads on Google search pages and to improve our offerings.

To generate the statistics, Google saves an individual cookie on your computer when you click on an ad. This cookie does not serve your personal identification but responds to the "conversion tag" after the request via the online form. This allows us and Google to see how many people have clicked on an ad and whether a request has been sent. Personal data is not part of the evaluation.

You can prohibit the storage of cookies at any time in the settings of your browser and delete stored cookies. The respective settings vary depending on the browser type used. 5.4 Google Maps:
We use interactive maps of "Google Maps", the online mapping service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"), which are incorporated on our website.

We use Google Maps' integrated map service to provide you with information about our location or other information about our offer in a user-friendly way. Personal information or information about your location will not be disclosed.

By visiting pages of our presence where Google Maps interactive maps are embedded, Google receives personally identifiable information, such as: For example, your IP address and possibly your location, the URL of our page or sub-page you are on, as well as other tracking information transmitted to Google's servers. We have no influence on this data collection and possible processing.

If you have a Google Account and are logged in to Google in parallel, Google may be able to associate and process that information with your account.

We use fonts embedded in our website from Google Web Fonts, Google Inc.'s online font plugin, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

We use Google's integrated font service to make texts on our website uniform and user-friendly across systems. Personal information will not be disclosed to us.

By visiting pages of our presence, your browser connects to Google Web Fonts and stores them in your browser. 5.6 Youtube Video Plugins:
We use embedded YouTube videos ("plugins") on our site to present an attractive online offer. Operator of the video pages is the Google subsidiary YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

When you visit one of our sites with an embedded YouTube video, YouTube will connect to your device. This will give YouTube, or Google personal information such. For example, your IP address, the URL of our page or sub-page you are on, and other tracking information transmitted to Google's servers. We have no influence on this data collection and possible processing.

We always include YouTube videos with the "nocookie" option.

If you have a YouTube account and are logged in to it, YouTube may associate your user behavior with your user account.

6. Order data processing:

Order data processing includes the collection, processing or use of personal data by a service provider (processor). The service provider is bound by the instructions of the client, that is, us. We have concluded corresponding contracts with our contract processors in accordance with the legal regulations and have also obliged them to maintain secrecy about personal data that has become known.

7. Up-to-dateness and changes of this privacy policy:

This Privacy Policy is current and valid. Due to the further development of our website or due to changing legal or regulatory requirements, it may be necessary to change this privacy policy.
